The 2 week trial is a real eye opener into not only all the archived information available with TF but the live seminars, live briefings and customer support available throughout all hours of the week and weekends (you guys are really dedicated to your members).
I especially enjoyed the daily live chat room. Being a newbie to the Day Trading profession I was caught up in the live calls/Alerts, support, other member 's insights and professionalism.
I still have alot to learn before I feel savvy enough to trade my money but with the continued help of Trend Fund its just a matter of time until I to will be a successful Day Trader.

I am new to trading. Being a doc, I have always worked long hours and never had the time to put into studying or learning how to succeed in the market. My stock investing knowledge and abilities are minimal, to say the least. When I found Waxie's book (Rule the Freakin' Markets), it was a real eye-opener. It really hit home how ignorant I am when it comes to the market. I immediately joined Trendfund, and feel like I'm finally doing something right in the market. Although I am still "slow" in following the chat room ideas, and don't really know enough to contribute anything useful yet, I am gradually catching on. Your guidance and advice in the chat room are invaluable, and I am developing a confidence that I never had before in this stuff.

I also spend a lot of time reading through what you've posted on the site. I find your lessons, comments, and advice exceedingly helpful. It's rare to find people who are genuinely interested in helping others. You do a really nice job, and I'm learning a lot. I wanted to let you know that I am extremely appreciative of the time, effort and energy that you put into this, and just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for what you are doing.

I'm a newbie trader (4 months) and trial subscriber to trendfund and spent 3 hours last night watching your archived class on Money Management. Wow! Thanks for all the great insight. I've already put it to good use (after I've taken a bath on a few big losses.) Wish I'd heard that stuff in January.

I've read 6 books on trading and poured over everything I could find on the 'net, but the stuff at trendfund has been by far the most useful yet. You guys have sold me. Last week I never would have dreamed of spending over $400/mo for a web service on trading, but I've decided to sign up (or at least, not cancel :-)).

Just so you guys know how I found you. I was at Barnes & Noble looking for more reading material and picked up Waxie's book 'Rule the Freakin' Markets'. It was awesome. I immediately put it to work and made some KaChingos this week.

I'm not really sure who I'm sending this letter to, but I wanted it to get to Michael. I couldn't find a way to access him through the contacts page, so hopefully whoever gets this can forward it for me. Anyways....

I've watched your info-mercial for about a year before I did anything. I've been in the stock market for about 5 years now but without much success. The info-mercial got my interest right away, but I was always skeptical. One day when I felt that I hit the bottom of my career and I had nothing left to lose I made the call. I have been in management my entire life but with tons of stress and very little rewards. I was ready to try anything to get out of the rut I was in.

I was not a "market idiot" when I first started with Trendfund. I thought that I had knowledge of the market that most people will never have. I ordered the package and started my free 2 week trial. I felt that I had nothing to lose. Despite the knowledge that I "thought" I had, I learned to follow the trends that you had spotted that I never knew existed. I guess I didn't know half as much as I thought I did.

My very first week with Trendfund doubled my salary that I normally made. I left that job and now trade full time. I'm writing this to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me FREEDOM. I still work everyday, but I now work at home on my computer. I only answer to myself and I have every weekend off. I'm now doing something for a living that I love, and also something that every person probably dreams of doing. I'm working for myself!!!

Without your assistance, this would not have been possible. I didn't have a lot of money and I'm sure that no other system of trading would have allowed me to make an income off of it. This has truly changed my life and I'm just starting. I used to hate going to work on Monday, now I love it. I'm finally doing something for a living that I like to do. Your trade calls have mostly been spot-on and most have made me money. Yeah, a few losses here and there, but at the end of the week I have way more Ka-chingos than I used to have when I was a manager. I can't thank you enough for what you and your team do for people.

I'm just getting started here so I'm sure the "Success Express" won't come by my house anyday soon, but in the future I'm sure it should. This system has allowed me to do something that I love, allowed me to leave my dead-end job, and allowed me to earn more income than I've ever earned in my life. Eventually, my wife will be able to quit her job too and then we will spend lots of quality time together. Michael, you've set me free!!! There is no greater gift in the world than that!

Spoke to steve this afternoon & he suggested i drop you an e-mail. I just wanted to thank you guys for all your help on the journey to financial freedom. AS you might have heard, I had my best day of trading today-net profit of $21,162. I had 30 contracts of Feb 210 GOOG puts and sold off 10 at a time 3x.

I was holding 10 overnite mon. into tues.( been trying to hold some overnite till lock-up comes off)then on tues. tiny called GOOG short for a gap play so I bought 10 more. I had a plmg. job to do & by the time I got home GOOG already hit the lod so I held 20 contracts overnite.This morning, tiny called it short again so I bought 10 more. Another small job today & when I got home & turned on the computer- well let's just say it was a good feeling.

I'm still a newbie, still learning and making mistakes, but in the last three weeks I've identified some of them and am doing much better.IN the first 3 months I was down 32,000 between my mistakes and the JE list but in the last 3 weeks I'm up 34,517 with 11 up days and 2 down.

Thanks again to all at TF for your help and good humor and just felt like sharing my story with friends.

I just became a member of you site after accepting your offer of the 2 week trial Ninja membership.  Being somewhat new to trading I used the initial trial membership to better understand the trading tactics you use and get comfortable with the various memberships you offer.  In the end I chose to take advantage of the SPOW special you offered as well as Swing trader.  With the special I received one free tape.   I chose Trading the Medium portfolio.  I watched it over and over and took notes.  Once I felt confident I followed the rules on trading this type of portfolio, money management and the paper trading strategy.

I am happy to report that since becoming a member on in the middle of October I have made over $7,500 with a starting portfolio of just $20,000! 

Since I have a regular job, I spend just a hour or so in the mornings reviewing the swing trade pics and the SPOW.  I do watch the market from my home office and jump in and out on occassion but I follow the rules (for the most part).  I also spend about 1-2 hours at night looking at other stocks and trends and make a couple pics of my own.
To date I have made 23 trades of which 18 were winners (most were your recommendations).  If necessary I have the paperwork to back up all of my trades.  I have enclosed a spreadsheet showing my transactions.  ( Please do not forward this to anyone else)
I just wanted to say thanks, because with Trendfund you do all the work for me :)  Remember the Trend is your Friend!

Just sent you email earlier today on Tiny's MB. Shortly after I emailed you I saw Sptzer was going after the Insurance companies.
I tried to catch some short but they fell fast and then paused ahead of Spitzer's news conference. I asked tiny if AIG would be a good short ahead of the conference.  He said I might consider puts rather than shorting the stock to minimize risk if it bounced after conference. I took his advice and bought 100 of the oct 60 puts for 10 cents each and bought 10 of the oct 65 calls . ( a little insurance )
I booked 9500 profit on the puts so far and may have some more tomorrow!!
Awesome Day up 11500 and all on that 1200 bucks from yesterdays MB .

Yesterday he was reviewing pre-market news and mentioned VECO was down on bad news so I took it short at 20 on a bounce and closed 24 hours later at 18.80 on a thousand shares that will pay for several months of MB plus I get to see Tiny's early am smile.

Dear Trendfund group,
I hope this will get to the right people because I had to write someone to thank them for the tapes and as a result of those tapes, my first trade.  Using one of the methods discussed in the "Playing the Gaps" tape, I made my first trade today and made $750.  I couldn't believe it.  Your method worked like a charm on ACDO.  I was in and out by 11:00 and I was stunned.
 I couldn't get out of my own way when I covered the trade or I would have made a bit more. I have to tell you that I was nervous and skeptical before I made that trade, but in one session I made more than triple what it cost me for the course material.  Thank you very much.
I kind of stumbled across ACDO this morning by watching CNBC, but I really don't know where to go to get potential trading candidates.  Any hints you might be able to give me would sure help.  Thanks again.

I recently completed the 2 week free trial and have taken all of the infomercial classes. I have been playing the gaps this week, I traded 4 of the 5 days.

With a portfolio of only 10K, I did 4 trades and was profitable on all 4. My  total profit for the week was $774.00 and I was finished trading by 10:30am each day.

GREAT Kachingo Day.

I made $368 today. Which is not that much. But very satisfactory to me. I have been trendtrading for a couple of months now and had a more romantic idea of it than I could afford. I've continually paid attention to the very helpful, heartfelt, wonderful teaching (and I'm a teacher) of the Big Three (T, T, W). May expiration day all the options I'd held onto too long came face to face with the long-ignored Options Expiration Friday. That cost me $700. I didn't have to face the distance between my rules and THE rules again till June OEF. That message was louder--$3300. As you can see, doing it my way was getting more expensive. Finally, with more study, classes, concentration on TTW Rules (taking profits and losses early and often) and more resistance to My Way (waiting for The Rapture), I've been coming back. On a fast track. The first days back trading (after a self enforced break to study and paper trade that lasted all of a day or two), I've been able to make up almost 2/3 of my recent losses.

I just want to say that I've dealt with "managed brokerages" and other advice services and you guys are da bOMb! All that AND a bag of chips. You da MAN!

I lost my teaching job for losing my temper at a student. The NYC Dept of Ed is not very teacher friendly, but I'm appealing and hope to get my job back.

It weren't for TTTW, I'd have some very tough times right now. You're doing a good thing. You make it possible for people to study your lessons and support themselves.

I'm 61 and though very able in lots of ways, don't get hired very easily. At least some of which has to do with a propensity for seeing the Nudity of the Emperor.

When I follow the rules, I have had almost all profitable days since joining Trendfund.
When I follow the rules, even the non-profitable days have been cheap. By far I am to the positive, enough to make a modest living. Of course if you are reading between the lines, you can probably guess that when I violated the rules, specifically not wanting to take a small loss and therefore holding overnight, the losses and lessons learned have not been so cheap. I think that the last couple of days may be an indication of lessons learned and eagerness to learn even more:
Monday: Modest gains (enough to cover my trades, plus a little meal
money)
Tuesday: $ 6,600.00+ (better money management would have made this $
7,500.00)
Wednesday: $ 5,500.00+ (better money management would have made this $
8,000.00)
I am not expecting every day to be as the last two have been and I don't need them to be, but I believe I am on the way to some consistently lucrative trading days ahead. Thanks for the dedicated team that keeps us on track and informed.

I want to thank you for a fantastic learning experience. Tiny is the best teachers in the market!! I was a newbie when i ordered the package 6 months ago.
When i joined the chatroom 2 months ago I was still learning the ropes and making all kinds of mistakes but with the guidance of Tiny i was able to learn from the pros.
Thanks to trendfund I now average 800 dollars a day and i am comfortable in all my trades. Trendfund taught me a great way to earn a lving and with all the great tools on the site. I highly advice anyone who is looking to learn all about the market, than trendfund is the only place to go.

Yesterday I sent a message to you about how I made $2500 in an hour becuase I wanted to help inspire other members. Today I only made $250 (mostly because my work required my attention and I had to exit at inconvenient positions).
However if I had been playing by my rules, BTF (Before Trend Fund) I probably would have lost everything I made yesterday. It's no joke! About a week before I bought your book I had made about $1000 a day, everyday of the week (i.e. $5000). Then on the following Monday I lost $6000 in one trade. As you say in the book, I was like a deer caught in the headlights.
Now, I made a few mistakes when I first started with TF because I was trying to jump into plays without fully understanding what was going on. And I lost some kachingos. What kind of knucklehead starts buying when everyone else is selling short? You're talking to him!
But I've almost finished your book and I'm actually now applying what you taught ("always use stops", "no one ever went broke taking profits", etc...) and I've learned alot from the chat room as well. The TF team is great!
I wanted to thank you. Today I went to the store and purchased a set of wedding rings for me and my wife. You see, about ten years ago we got married and I couldn't afford anything more than a cheap $100 engagement ring (which she still wears). And even though my income has since quadrupled, so have my expenses (we bought a house etc...). But your insight and willingness to share have given me some new hope and dreams.
I just received your course in the mail and I can't wait to get home to start watching. Maybe I'll call in sick tomorrow! Also, I sent an e-mail to Sally asking her to sign me up for "Plan D", which she has done.

WOWSA! SPOW (Stock Play of the Week) for the last three weeks has been phenominal. Here's a recap.
play 1. Bought QLGC @ 28.14 (got in a little late)
Sold 1/2 @ 29.85 +1.71
Sold rest @ 29.93 +1.79
play 2. Bought SOHU @ 1947
Sold 1/2 @ 21.47 +2.00
Sold rest @ 24.94 +5.47 (probably could have rode this a little further but I never complain about taking profits escpecially when they are this big.)
play 3. Bought MAMA @ 11.98 (was a little late on this one too)
Watching it shoot the moon after just an hour, up about .80 already.

Nice call on SOHU. Got in at 19.50 as you suggested. Watching this today at 3:00 decided to put a 1% trailing stop around 22.75. It cleared 23.00, came back to 22.86 for me and sold. That was a sweet 17% in five trading days....... Thanks so much,

Got your book last week and just love it! I was able to find lots of flags and pennants this week. I didn't start to take the setups with real money till later in the week but the results were great. I was able to buy RIMM out of a bull flag for 2 pts., MAGS for .80 etc lots of great info in there. I only wish it was longer!
Where can I find more info on flags like you suggest in your book? Would your Charting Tape 2 or your tape on your 5 Favorite Setups be better?

Dear Tiny, Waxie and the whole TF Team,
Just a note of thanks for the service you are offering. It takes time, but eventually with a bit of work and consultation, one can eventually start to recognize what this game is all about... Today was a gratifying day for me... With Junior pointing out the pre-market action, I got wind of TBUS and just tracked it from the opening. When I saw the breakout I was waiting for, I bought. At around the HOD, I sold 2/5 of my position ( for a $0.67 gain) and proceeded to trail my stops.Ultimately I stopped out of the entire position with a gain of $955 (Which is about CDN$1250 - a great chunk of change!), as the stock put in a real decent move in a matter of minutes. The whole trade lasted 39 minutes.
Because of my membership at TF I have been able to meet other traders (my Vegas buddy especially!) and learn from them, learn from two of the best (Tiny & Waxie) and most importantly, I've gotten to the point where I can apply what I have learned and recognize setups by MYSELF. The past 6 weeks have been great as I have been able to recoup some of my earlier losses - I am not all that far from the breakeven point and in the not-too-distant-future I will actually be putting money in the bank!
Not having a day-job is looking more like a reality than ever before!

Dear Tiny,
Listened to the archived Centra Class that you gave on Money Management. There is no date attached to the link but I assume it was some time last Fall. Even though it was probably a while ago, I just wanted to thank you for the effort you put into your classes, for your honest admissions of where you have made mistakes, and for your desire to help the new guy/gal like me. At one point, you even started to speak more softly so as not to puff into the microphone when one student pc'd you on that. Amazing that you wouldn't really let that offend you...you made it funny, not harsh.
I also sit in on the morning briefing. At first I thought I should wait until I had the vocabulary and concepts down better, but then I decided that I'd rather get better by being in your class. Over the last two weeks I have gained ground because of attending the briefing. Your efforts for that still amaze me...and I do appreciate that you're funny as well as brilliant.
I have also been on the free trial D membership and have been able to monitor the chat room with you as well as be in the basics room with Scott. For me, it's really paying off for developing an understanding for the environment and reactions at market open, paying attention to the alerts, and starting to formulate a game plan for myself. I decided on getting in to the free trial sooner rather than later because I wanted the exposure to what you folks are doing/calling and to get a feel of what it's like trading. Scott has also been really helpful in getting me to a better place as a newbie.
Have watched all the tapes and taken the classes once around...have printed out the archived teachings...awaiting my copy of your book...have read Waxie's...have read C. Droke's, and am concurrently reading Nison, Friedfertig & West and Douglas...also listened to your ADX indicator class...IT'S ALL GOOOOOOD!!! Yay for me. Heh.
Bottom line again, thank you thank you. I hope that you are reaping great rewards for what you do, and that your family is also benefitting from the way you pour out to TF and all of us members.

Thank you for the "Trendtrading To Win". I am an option play member since 12/03, haven't do much trading with the recommendations, only a few. But thanks to the "Trendtrading To Win" tapes, I have learned not to marry a stock, not to be greedy, and stock sucks. That teach me how to rule the Freaking market. I have made 16k in less than 24 hours, and I have made for my mom 17.4k in one day and my daughter 5.6k in less than a week. Totalling 39k in the family in less than one week.
I have lost 300k during the market crash because greedy, afraid of taking profits because of paying extreme taxes. NOW I have learned Don't be Greed, take Profit, Don't marry the stock and stock sucks, that's the way to rule the "Freaking Market".

Hi guys, just wanted to say thank very much for a absolutely fantastic day today. I have followed you guys for about 6 months now and have just started with the two week trial. This was my 3rd day of trading seriously and boy was it a doosey. I have been through the online classes with Scott and watched the Infomercial tapes a hundred times. The first two days were a learning experience with moderate success. Gotta learn to walk before you run right? I kept my lots small to minimize the newbie mistakes. Then today rolled around and the TASR alert came up. After checking out the chart and seeing that this was a freight train move, I bought 250 shares at 82.54. Needless to say I was freaking out as I watched this thing skyrocket. I then sold at the pullback and waited for the next bus, the bull flag came and I entered again.. I ended up selling at 92.50. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!! You guys rock!!!! I just wanted to say that the techniques I learned from you guys and the patience of Scott, the knowledge of Waxie and Tiny along with all of the other TF people made this happen for me. Junior is the WOMAN! I am so happy and can see this as the first step toward a new career. I have lots to learn yet but have learned so much in the past two months and will be looking forward to many years with you guys. Hopefully some day I can be a Ninja too.

I started following the rules this week with a little bit of my portfolio and all I can say is WOW!! I bought 5 Ask Jeeves contracts and got out this morning +1.30, I also bought several Amazon contracts and got out at +2.10. My total gain for the past 3 days was over $1100. Today I entered several of the plays and was aliitle confused at times... But I asked questions and either you or Scott answered and I had a good trading day... I really felt good about it at the end of the day, that I can do this , because to be honest I was having second thoughts..

It wasn't that I made allot of money today , ( I did make money) but if I didn't ask the questions I would have LOST big bucks, instead I managed my positions with yours and Tiny's help and learned allot about managing myself and my positions..

I am a newbie and just a full play of the week member. I read all the testimonials of people making money and that is all well and good. I have only been trading since December and I to made nice profits. But the last two weeks plays were not kind to me due to the sudden market swing. Unlike in the past were I would have lost considerable amounts of money, now by following the trendfund rules my losses were held to a minimum. Tiny would like to say thank you and congratulate you on a fabulous book. I recieved it as a present on Christmas from my girlfriend and was pretty pumped up. I have to admit when i first got the book i said this is it, kind of small, but after reading thought it was very compact clear and extremely reader friendly. Most books i look at are filled with endless jargon, and charts that only confuse one rather than help them. So after a two week read, several times over. I put the new tools to work and last week made 350 bucks trading AMZN alone last week, 3 plays. So for a few hours of reading i got a serious return plus my account is only slightly over 11k. I entered on a two-candlestick engulfingpattern and bamm got out at a bearish doji. Plus played some winners using triangle patterns. Basicallly your book kicks ass, and sits right on my desk for easy access. I think your one hell of a teacher and love your attitude towards stocks and making money. Charting gave me so much more confidence than before. The book is a must read for TF members, especially newbies. What fifty bucks? You make that back in a day, plus much much more, i did. Thanks

I just wanted to let you guys know how great it is to be with winners. I am only a Stock Play of the week member, but in 6 months I have increased my port by 25%. That is WINNING!! I keep watching your tapes, and have started planning and testing options plays. I tell all my friends about you and your methods, but of course, they all have a better way. Until I tell them "25%", then they quiet down real quick!!!! I can only hope that one day they too will jump on the train. To make sure there is no clouding reality, people should know that I have had losing plays as well as winners. But by following your money management techniques, and working my plan, I have been able to minimize those loses and land big winners. If I weren't on the conservative side, I may have been up closer to 35%. But my plan is what it is, and you have to stick with it. I'll review after the first year to see where I might make the adjustments, at which time I should have made 50%!!!! Just kidding, but a guys got to wish!!! Take care and lets add a few cars to the train, because smart people will be heading for the station.

As a former Brooklynite (Prospect Park was one of my hang out), I was using another system, making some money, but over-all not happy. Then the biggest disappointment came when one of their salesperson called me and ask if I wanted to make serious money. I told him of course, then he hit me with it will only cost $8k, well need I say more. Then I order your tapes in early 2003, at first I said too simple anyone could have done this (being an investor all of my life) I was dead wrong. Jumping right in and taking the two week trial and losing some money I realized I had to get rid of my old investing mentality (buy & hold) and change to the Trendfund way. After reviewing the tapes and taking the online classes given by Scott on more the one occasion (I personally believed this is the key) and by you given a second free 2 week trial, I became a D member in mid October. In November out of had 19 trading days, I had 17 winners, 1 breakeven and 1 small losing day (less then $100). I haven't look back since. Thank you Waxie, and to your staff as well.

I would like to thank you for a every good year. I have been with Trendfund for 19 months now as a plan C member. Left my job at Intel in May this year and improved my life style. Traveled in the RV for 7 weeks and spent 2 weeks in Maui. Got an education in LA and LV for a week each. And still had time to make more money than I would have made at Intel all year.
The small cap list was a monster all right, up +32.27 points for $34,500.00. Earnings Runner I up +11.60 points for $11,600.00. Earnings Runner II up +8.93 points for $8,930.00. Not bad just from the lists.
Tiny's gap plays are great, one day I made $2000.00 in 1 1/2 hours and than took the rest of the day off. Took the wife to the Rose Garden for the day. This is the kind of quality time we can now spend together. Thanks to Trendfund and staff.

My name is Chris Ferretti and I have to tell you that Trendfund.com has done a wonderful job in assisting me to take control of my money. For the first time I am finally working SMARTER.....not....HARDER. Currently I am an author, comedian (local to the New Brunswick area), and actor (nothing major yet just independent stuff)....but, before all of that I was a bartender at Foxwoods Resort and Casino trying to save up for everything that I'm doing now. "To Mr. Parness and the staff at Trendfund.
I bought the tapes and Waxies book six months ago. When i listened to the infomercial, parts of it started to ring true. I watched the infomercial several more time and felt the Mr. Parness was an honest person. Since that time I have worn out the tapes and dog eared the book after reading it over 60 times. Each time i read the book, I pick up more. I have bought Tiny's book and await it's delivery. I was about to go live with my trades, when i got laid off, so my trade money is being used to pay rent for now. I still paper trade until I find more work. The knowledge I have gained has resulted in paper trades starting with five thousand dollars (four months ago) and has grown to 35,000. I recently took the earnings runner class, and I must say that the information was vital, accurate and when used properly explosive. On CAMP I have to date made 4,000 plus dollars profit to add to my account on this trade alone. I bought in at 4.40 (a limit order) after the small downturn, and it is now at 5.28. I trail my stops accordingly. Of course this is on paper, but this validates the techniques and teaching I have received from the staff at trendfund.com. While I must wait until I find work to begin making real money, I continue to paper trade and hone those skills which I have learned through Trendfund. With the knowledge I have gained, I expect that I will be able to have a secure retirement at age 55, and continue to trade for years to come. Of course, as we earn, we must not forget to give something back to society.

"Waxie, thanks so much I paid 100 or so for the earnings runner class. From the info I learned that night I bought 25 contracts of MU Oct calls for 1.50 Sold them today for 2.25. Maybe a little early but I'm happy with the $1777 profit in a week. The Atyt calls I bought for a dollar are now at 1.35,and traded as high as 1.65 today, and even my laggard buy(so far) LWSN is up a little. That earnings runner class has paid for itself 17 time over at least, and I expect to make about 10-15 thousand on it. "I began trading with real dollars with Trendfund on May 19, 2003. Prior to that I had been studying futures and equities for about 5 years. Three years ago I saw your infomercial and immediately bought the tapes and books. I started paper trading online and in my first day I earned 12K! I signed up for your free e-mail alerts for options and stocks and paper traded these for about 2 years. I might add that with your e-mail alerts I was able to take $25K and change it into $3.5M in 2 years. I was only trading part-time in the morning before work! I also bought your book "Rule the Freakin' Markets" in January of 2003. I have read it twice.
In May this year I started with a relatively small portfolio of approximately $17,000.00 and was initially playing TF's SPOW. I did not feel that I had enough equity to gap trade or day trade. Soon thereafter, I opened an options trading account and began trading your calls. In approximately the last 6 weeks I have more than doubled my portfolio. At this moment my account is valued at more than $40K.
I would like to state that prior to joining TF, my broker had diminished my porfolio by approximately 50% in the 3 years prior to joining the Trendfund family. Sound familiar? Needless to say, he attempted to discourage me from trading my own account "because of the risk". I am grateful that I did not heed his advice.

"My dad has been trying to teach me how the market works and how to make the market work for me. He gave me your book and I have been reading it and re-reading certain sections. This has really opened my eyes to all the HUGE possibilities. My parents are on vacation and I am house-sitting for them. I have had the time to sit in on the chat room several times and learned even more, especially from Scott. Scott had a newbies class last night that was very insightful and straightforward. She explained things in detail and took the time answer all questions in an orderly fashion. I had a hard time understanding one of Tiny's classes on the fib charts and asked Scott the next day. "I decided to sleep in today after 4 days of the seminar. I spent several hours playing with my 9 month old daughter, and didn't even look to see what the market was doing until later in the day. Of course, the market was WAY up so I pulled up one of the stocks I'd been watching with the intention of buying it if it looked good. Sure enough, the price was up. But, being smart, I decided to pull the chart up and what did I see? Nice opening, first consolidation, next flag, higher... then a double top (which was happening just as I was looking at it. Hmmm...remembering that a double top was a sign to watch...I DIDN'T buy it, but decided to wait. Sure enough, the stock proceeded to go down. Sometimes it is what you don't buy that is as important as what you DO buy."

"I am new and learning more how you all make money by me learning the hard way. For ex: I had 1000 shares of BSVN bought it at $4 it was up to $4.71. With my own thinking even you all said to sell it because of earnings report coming out after the bell Wednesday, I thought I would hold it because it was going up good. Even I heard the earnings were up. To my surprise I woke up the next morning and BAM it was down. Lucky I did adhere to some of your teachings and had a stop at $4.40 but still it filled at $4.17. I made $170 but lost $540. It was a good painful lesson. Today, Thursday earnings were coming out for AMCC, I had 1000 shares of AMCC bought at $3.94 sold it before closing today at $4.20. I see it is down to $3.85 after hours trading. So your ways are awesome. Still allot to learn and very hopeful to rule the markets with your principles without feeling like I am gambling my money away with just luck. You all have a clear and great plan. This is something I will comfortably pass on to others so they have a chance to rule the markets and not have thier money sucked down the drain like I had before I received your Trend Trading principles. "hi - tnx - i got 36 BRCM 12.5 calls - thanks to tiny - had 70 sold half - would be up only very little on this if i got out like i was going to - now, these are all profit - sill have 10 DIAs also wax - i did +3k today just on the opening plays to about 1030 or so - now only holding these calls - did not figure how much further the BRCM and DIA calls put me ahead yet since 1030. Trying to study the futures and watch t's tapes - watched tape II twice (almost three times thinking it was the advanced (duh?)
